The Eel’s Foot nestles in the pretty hamlet of Eastbridge, minutes from the marshes of RSPB Minsmere. Inside: oak beams, traditional bar, and a fire when the weather turns.
For lovers of music and the arts we’re a short hop from Snape Maltings and Latitude at Henham Park — for walkers, birders and beach duffers, the coast is on our doorstep.

From fresh Suffolk seafood to hearty pub classics, brunch and Sunday lunch — the kitchen cooks to the season, and the bar pours proper Adnams ales brewed down the road in Southwold.

Six characterful letting rooms, a quiet Caravan Club site out back, and the kind of nights where you hear only owls and the wind in the reeds.

Cosy, coastal and proper — wake to sea air and birdsong, then wander down for breakfast. Check-in runs 14:00–15:00 and 18:00 onwards; we’ll call ahead if you arrive mid-afternoon.
